Texas Hill Country Charm
The John Newcombe Estate, premier New Braunfels real estate development, in the Texas hill country continues to deliver with the strong growth in property values in these economic times. Quality continues to be highly valued! A lot of building has happened since my September 2011 update. Sales and home construction are strong, we welcome a new preferred builder and the Country Club has more tennis courts and other facilities.
New Braunfels Real Estate Growth
Phase 1 of the Estate is made up of 74 lots with only 9 remaining available for sale. There are 26 homes built or under construction with another 6 in the architectural review process and an additional 7 in the design phase, with plans for these to be built before the end of 2012. By the end of 2012 we will have 54% of home lots in Phase 1 with homes on them. Changes are ever present and our community is really coming together!
Preferred Builder New Model Home
We have 3 showcase preferred builders helping us bring our community together and available for our building on your lot program. Each preferred builder has built or has under construction a model home that showcases the quality of their custom home construction. Take the opportunity to visit these model homes when you tour the John Newcombe Estate and Country Club. Rostrata Builders have recently completed their model and it is now available for tours. A model home by Juarez Custom Homes is current under construction and scheduled for completion Summer 2012. If you didn’t take the opportunity to tour the Mattern & Fitzgerald model home while it was available you have missed out. Their model has been sold and we welcome the new homeowners. Perhaps the new owners will take you on a tour? If not, you will need to wait for completion of their new model home scheduled to commence construction July 2012.
John Newcombe Country Club
The Club continues to provide a central place for our community to get together for social and fitness activities. We opened two more tennis courts, beach volleyball has been added and the basketball area has been completed. We have also enjoyed many social events from the various themed Kids Nights, and the Easter Bunny visit to the Communities in Schools 5K Fun Run and Tennis Social; just to name a few. Keep an eye out for the scheduled events – you are sure to enjoy them.
