Hill Country Estate Distinction
In keeping with the native aesthetics the John Newcombe Estate’s distinctive design centers on preservation of the Texas Hill Country landscape. Common areas featuring picnic areas, catch and release fishing ponds and walking trails dot the Estate.
There are two main park areas for you to enjoy. The first park area near the main entrance to the Estate is approximately 1/3 acre in size. The second pond located toward the back of the Estate is about 2.98 acre in size and has an estimated 1.2 acre pond! These ponds are stocked with native fish to the area such as black bass, catfish and perch for all to enjoy. Both ponds are part of a larger picnic and park area, just part of the overall common areas to be enjoyed by our residents.
Nature trails strategically line scenic routes to allow easy access to the common areas and the country club by walking or biking.
Country Club & Spa
The Country Club is a full-services health and fitness club with pristine swimming pool, luxurious spa, and nutritious meal options at the garden cafe that are yours for the enjoyment.
